Helen was experimenting with the recessed locks on my chastity tube and is finding it difficult to insert the key properly in the screw. She will not permit me to assist as I am handcuffed whenever the "key" is not secured, so I can't help with the process. Helen says the correct "fit" for the key is very hard to find. Is there something she's missing here, or is this just something inherent in the design that she (and of course me) will have to live with?
Also would it be possible to purchase a third key in the event of damage to one of the supplied keys?

The key is made from titanium and will last a very long time. It is the screw you must be careful with as the key will only fit into the screw one way. It should go in and snap if it is inserted correctly. If she has fouled the keyway in any way you will have a problem. They are set up to be tamper proof. On the market you may find keys that are similar but do not quite fit well enough to turn the screw. If you think there is a problem send the unit back to us, or just the key's) and the screw's) we will check them out for you. If they are damaged by not inserting the key all the way before opening the screws, there maybe a small charge to replace them. Send at least enough to cover return postage.

Thanks for your reply to my question. I understand the "key" is made of titanium but what material is the screw made of? Stainless steel if it's of a softer material than the key won't it inevitably become defaced by the key? Not if you insert the key in correctly, it does need to be pushed in ALL the way. Also what effect will time and wear and dirt buildup have on the keyway? No matter what type of keyway lock or and other form of mechanical item dirt, dust, and wear is going to take a toll my locks are no different, if there is a problem with the screws you will need to send it back NOW so I can do something about it. I don't want you to come to me 5 years down the line and ask me to replace them for free. You can buy a extra key and a set of screws for $35.00 I guess what I'm really asking is what are the chances that I'm not going to become a permanently chastised male at some point? The down side to this is????? Oh, I suppose this would bother you. There is a way to get them out if there is a broken key or a fouled keyway. E-mail me if this occurs. You suggested that I send back the chastity, screws or keys if I have a problem, but if I have a problem there's no way of removing my chastity! I'm locked up as I write this, and I haven't mentioned this to my wife, but I worry that I may have to mention this to her! Then maybe what you should tell her is that you are afraid of the screws wearing out, so you should not over use them, no point of putting to much wear on them screws!!! Just leave it on. (smile)

I was not suggesting you were not honorable. I only have one keyway for the security screws, They are all the same. If you, at this point wanted new screws and a wrench. They would need to be requested by Helen in a letter hand written to me. I could have furnished them if you would have wanted them when you first bought the device. But to send a key I would not do without a letter. Understand each device is custom made, so you would need to send your device back to us to have the screws fitted. The screws are turned down to fit your device. We could turn the screws down without the device but I could not assure you they would properly fit. We do this so you cannot swap out the screws for some other keyway screw and have a wrench to fit your device. You may find my practice of security annoying, but this is why we are #1 when it comes to a secure chastity device.

If there is a problem with the screws you can send your device back to me and I will gladly replace them, screws come in a set of one wrench and two screws $35.00, They have to be special made in order to fit your custom made device. This keeps you from removing them and replacing them with new ones you have a key to. I keep all old e-mails and I usually review them before answering concerns like yours. You were worried that your keyholder might damage your wrenches. If that is all the concern you have there should be no problem with your keyholder writing me a letter in her own handwriting requesting I sell additional keys or screws to you. In this e-mail you suggest you want a key to be free. This is what I thought from the very first e-mail. If I just sent everybody a key that asked for one. It would not be a secure device now would it? You said: After all, I was the one who paid for the device!
I sold you the device just like you ordered it. Would it have been simpler for me to "just say no" to selling you any key? I am beginning to think so. It is like I explained to you before; the keys are made from tritium and are made for a lifetime of use. The danger is in tampering with the screws as they are a softer metal. The wrench should go all the way into the head of the screw and kind of snap in, before turning the wrench to tighten the screw. The wrench will only fit in one way. If this is not happening you should return the device to me so I can take care of any problems I will go as far as replacing the screws or the wrenches if they are damaged, for free in the first thirty days. Just take care of opening and closing your device and everything will be fine.

Another Male Trying to Get a Key...
Dear Mistress Lori,
About two years ago to the day (tomorrow actually) I made order from you for a #6 curved PA device and subsequently received it a few months later. After a lot of trial and error, persistence, and a bit of minor dremel work we were finally able to install the device as we had hoped to: for 24/7 wear. Recently since then I have been locked up quite a bit by my Mistress, and have it installed for an as of yet to be disclosed amount of time. Somewhere along the way in the past two years the two keys that you sent to us has turned into only one. Mistress says can't remember where she placed the extra key, and I both don't feel too comfortable with having just one, especially in light of the fact that one has already "disappeared". I like knowing that there's a spare in case of an emergency. Is there any way for us to have a new key made? My device has the push-to-turn locks that you put a black cap on. Do we have to order all new locks or will the new one fit our old locks?

Boy I sure do feel sorry for that guy, and I guess that makes sense, but I'd really rather not purchase a whole set of new locks and keys, the locks that it came with work perfectly. I really just need a spare in the case of an emergency. If I remember correctly, the key we have for the lock has "214" on it. In the article, you said if Brian had his Mistress write a letter to you in her handwriting then you could send a spare. Could I do the same? I'll scan in the letter after she writes it requesting the key and then send it to you via email. I don't mind paying for the key, obviously.
